Swimming Pool

A 25 metre, four-lane heated swimming pool is available to all Members and is located on level one.

Royal South Yarra offers swimming lessons tailored to suit any age and ability, as well as swim squad and aqua aerobics.

Members have access to swimming coaches who conducts regular group swim sessions, allowing Members to reach their full swimming potential. The coaches also offer private lessons on request. 

Sessions are geared towards improving cardiovascular fitness through a structured swimming program based on interval work, endurance swims, time trials, drills and stroke technique.
