The Comforts of Mont Verdant
Perched high on a hill adjacent to the clubhouse and with sweeping views of the Yarra River and CBD skyline is Mont Verdant, Royal South Yarra's group of four boutique apartments.
The apartments, each named after a venue of one of the world's four Grand Slams, is available for Members, reciprocal club members and guests sponsored by Members. Our Mont Verdant apartments cater for both short and long term bookings (subject to availability). Residing guests are able to access all Club facilities during their stay.
Each apartment is spacious with two bedrooms, sitting room, separate dining room, kitchen and bathroom. They are elegantly furnished, fully outfitted and complemented with modern facilities. Off street parking is available for each apartment.
Each apartment offers:
- Queen-size bedroom and twin bedroom (one or two bedrooms can be made available).
- Dining room with table, seating, and settings for six.
- Fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
- Full-size bathroom.
- Two televisions, both with Foxtel.
- Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board.
- Business facilities - office desk and ISD/IDD telephones.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi.
- Off street parking
