The Sunday Morning Tennis Group for Playing Gentlemen is a pillar of the Club's social life and a great way to meet fellow members. The format involves the losing pair leaving the court at the end of a set to make way for a new pair of players.
Play begins at 9.00am and continues throughout the morning. It is available to all male members.
No firm attendance commitment is required, but continued participation is encouraged. A $3.00 charge is requested to cover the cost of balls.
Sunday Afternoon Social Tennis is open to male and female playing members of all ages. It is held throughout the year with short breaks over the Christmas and Easter periods.
Members meet at the Courtyard Bar at 1:30pm and are organised into doubles or mixed doubles pairs. Where possible, all play is held on the grass courts.
There is no need to register, simply arrive on the day. There is no charge to enter Sunday afternoon social tennis.

The Tuesday Tennis Group allows all female members with full playing rights to play social tennis, from the first Tuesday of the school term in February, until the first Tuesday in December. Members meet at the Pavilion and tennis is played from 9.30am to midday. Additionally, during the summer months, there is often an opportunity to play on allocated grass courts.
Rosters are drawn up by Court Captains with players placed in groups of four. The 'fours' are changed twice during the morning (at 10.40am and 11.20am), allowing for three sets of tennis for each player. Anyone wishing to play only one or two sets must mention this to the Court Captain on arrival.
A light lunch is available from the clubhouse upon completion of the games.
All new members are encouraged to join the Tuesday Tennis Group. To enrol, simply arrive at 9.30am and the Court Captain will assign you to a team. A $2.00 charge is requested to cover the cost of balls.
The Tuesday Tennis Group regularly conducts a low-key, friendly 'Round Robin' type tournament played on a day known as Badge Day. Those wishing to play 'Badge' must arrive no later than 9.30am. The Badge finalists play off for the 'Tuesday Tennis Trophy' in December.
An alternate social tennis event is available for those who do not wish to compete in Badge Day.
Any enquiries should be directed to the Tuesday Tennis Convenors, via Club Administration.
